We want you to be happy with your jewelry purchase. If you are not completely satisfied with the items in your order, you can return or exchange them according to the return policy below.
1. Return Period
General Returns: You can request a return within 30 days of receiving the product. Returns must be made if the product is unused, unworn and in its original packaging.
Customized Product Returns: Customized products (such as engraved or personalized jewelry) cannot be returned or exchanged unless the product has a manufacturing defect or error.
Defective Products: If the product you received is damaged or has quality issues, please contact us within 7 days of receiving the product for a return or exchange.
2. Return Conditions
The product must be unworn, unused and in its original packaging (including all accessories such as tags, boxes, etc.).
We only accept returns for orders purchased through our official website. If the product was purchased through a third-party retailer, please contact the purchase channel for a return.
Your proof of purchase (such as order number or invoice) is required when returning the product so that we can confirm your purchase information.
3. Return steps
Please contact the customer service team and provide the order number, product information and reason for return. We will provide a return authorization and guide you to return the product.
You will send the product back within 5 working days after receiving the return authorization. The returned product must be sent by reliable transportation to ensure that the product arrives safely at our company.
After we check and confirm that the returned product is correct, the refund will be returned to the original route.
4. Refund method
Once the returned product is checked and confirmed to be correct, we will process the refund within 5-7 working days. The refund will be refunded to your original payment method (such as credit card, Alipay, etc.).
The refund amount does not include the original shipping fee. If you use a gift coupon or discount, the refund will be deducted from the discount amount.
5. Return shipping cost
If the return is due to the wrong product or the product has quality problems, the return shipping cost will be borne by us.
If you return the product only for personal reasons (such as dislike, size is not suitable, etc.), the return shipping cost will be borne by you. It is recommended to use a trackable delivery method to avoid losses due to problems during transportation.
6. Exchange Policy
If you wish to exchange the size, color or style, please contact our customer service team directly to request an exchange. Exchanged items must meet the return conditions and be verified by us.
Shipping costs for exchanged products are borne by you. If you choose to exchange the same item, we will provide free shipping service.
7. Non-returnable items
Customized products (such as engraved, personalized design jewelry).
Worn or used products (such as earrings, necklace chains, etc. cannot be returned or exchanged for hygiene reasons).
Discounted or clearance items, unless the product is of quality issues.
8. Return Address
Returned items must be sent to our designated address, which will be provided by customer service. Before returning the product, please be sure to contact customer service to obtain return authorization and address information.
9. Product Defects
If your jewelry has a manufacturing defect or is damaged during shipping, please contact us within 7 days of receiving the product and we will provide you with free repair, exchange or refund.
